Deliverables

Report on Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Activities (opens in new window)

The report will outline all dissemination activities and their results. It will help us to detect deviations from the plan and take corrective actions if needed.

Evaluation instruments (opens in new window)

This deliverable will include questionnaires for the different activities the partners run themselves (lighthouse activities, Interactive career talks, partnership conventions and local fairs, encouragement for mentoring) as well as questions for retrospective interviews with teachers about the open schooling and a framework for the case study based on these interviews.

Service Package for open schooling (opens in new window)

The WP lead will develop a service package for supported schools and all countries will adapt it to their local context. The package will also contain information on strategies on how to win schools for open schooling.

Policy brief (opens in new window)

This policy brief will inform policy about the activities of the project, their purpose and their rationale. It will outline the purposes of open schooling and challenges related to open schooling.

Report on local fairs across Europe (opens in new window)

This report will give insight into the local fairs across Europe, thereby fostering exchange among partners and inspiring further institutions of running local fairs.

This policy brief will outline the results of the evaluation in a short, concise way and relate these results to policy requirements and needs.

Best practice examples of career talks (opens in new window)

The report will contain best practice examples of the interactive career talks and thereby will encourage running interactive career talks.

Evaluation report containing results of all activities (opens in new window)

The report will contain of all activities carried out in the ICSE Science Factory. It will provide a brief overview of the activities that took place and the participants. It will report on the results of the lighthouse activities, interactive career talks, partnership conventions and local fairs as well as encouragement for mentoring. Based on the interviews with teachers it will also report on the open schooling activities.

How to encourage mentoring across the partnership (opens in new window)

Based on the experiences made in the project this report will outline strategies on how to encourage mentoring across the cross-sectoral partnerships.
