Ethical guidelines will be developed to ensure and promote gender equality and diversity in FLOW and including specific issues stemming from research on young people 1830 The coordinator will draw the guidelines in close collaboration with all partners but especially VOLE as they have much experience in working with young people

Quality Assurance Plan

Quality assurance of all FLOW deliverables events and outputs will be ensured by the Project Coordinator and detailed in a Quality Assurance Procedure D73

Workplan

Workplan for studying the pioneer initiatives and the youngsters involved in the selected pioneer initiatives including document analysis approach and interview guides for initiators interview guide for young members and coding table This deliverable refines and summarises the work conducted in these tasks Task 31 32 M7

inFLOW conceptual lens

The report describes the inFLOW lens a collection of perspectives on humannature connectedness based on an integration of inputs from FLOW academic partners interdisciplinary perspective and the Youth Advisory Board transdisciplinary perspective It distinguishes different youth variables such as gender age ethnicity education sociocultural and geographical aspects and taking into consideration engagement practices

Risk management report

The Risk assessment report will contain the risk management process procedures the cycle of risk assessment and detail specific already identified risks The report will include mitigation options and if applicable already applied mitigation measures
