To enable a future alignment of Smart Specialisation Strategies to the objectives of the Mission Ocean and the Mission Scaleup Actions, a report will be elaborated with recommendations to regions within the Lighthouse area regarding investment priorities, future market opportunities, effective use of research infrastructures, fit for purpose support systems and relevant emerging technologies (update).
