The current TRL is 6 (this tool has been developed for crowdsourcing community reforestation) and it will be improved to TRL 8-9. The outcome of this development will be a digital platform to facilitate the crowdsourcing of funds for art installations and building maintenance.
DesignYourHeritage tool (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable is the result of the implementation of Task 3.2.4 and consists of the DesignYourHeritage tool designed and developed according to the information gathered in WP2. The DesignYourHeritage tool will include a tridimensional representation of the Heritact pilots, a set of performance indicators, and a 3D catalog of NEB solutions.

HERITACT’s visual identity, website, and social media (si apre in una nuova finestra)Creation of online presence through the website and social media channels. The report will include the visual identity as well as all communication templates for the website, social media account, deliverable templates, and others.
Usersence tool (si apre in una nuova finestra)A set of methods and tools will be developed for evaluating user experience in interactive installations and public spaces through biosensors and video capture devices. Various sensors including wearables, configurable biosignal kits, brain computer interfaces and cameras will be utilized to collect objective data about the users’ psycho-physiological state and will be processed through dedicated software solutions to assess critical aspects of their experience.
SustainTAG tool (si apre in una nuova finestra)The SustainTAG tool is currently at TRL 6 and it will be developed to TRL 7-8 . The outcome of this development will be a digital platform that can be used to assess actions (projects and strategies) against best practice is sustainable development (the SDGs) and aligning the assessment outputs to the NEB and Green Deal objectives. This tool can be used to assess existing actions or help inform the objectives of future actions.
This deliverable will work as a process roadmap that will enable the assignment of the HERITACT tools to stakeholders and conditions in order to reach SDG and NEB goals.
HERITHUB specifications report (si apre in una nuova finestra)A report that will address in detail physical requirements, such as proximity to other structures and functionalities of a Heritub will be developed. The specifications report will provide guidance for the creation of a Heritub able to support various participative activities and connect to the wider HERITACT network.
Accessibility, usability and inclusiveness requirements (si apre in una nuova finestra)Requirements will be gathered from studying the characteristics of the 3 pilots; by researching what needs are already being accommodated and assessing and specifying what can be done for those that are not. The requirements will be especially focusing on communication needs, although the accessibility of venues will be of course considered. In addition, requirements will inform participative co-design methods and tools used in the project so that these are also accessible and usable by the widest range of users.
Heritage as an integral dimension of NEB and Green Deal (si apre in una nuova finestra)A framework for heritage activation that integrates European Green Deal and NEB principles. To include strategies for community participation. The framework and strategies will form the basis for initial roadmaps for each case study.
Impact assessment and Validation Handbook (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable will develop an impact assessment and validation framework that will provide a list of representative indicators and processes to monitor the project intervention success during the demonstration activities and impact thereafter.
HERITACT Community led design framework (si apre in una nuova finestra)The community led design framework that will be developed for the HERITACT project we'll aim to provide guidance and know how to both online and physical co-creation processes. the framework is flexible enough to be able to support and complement different interdisciplinary teams and communities with different needs.
Stakeholder analysis and methodology report (si apre in una nuova finestra)A guidance tool setting out a strategy/roadmap for stakeholder requirements analysis and localisation of participatory activities in the areas of interest. To include Use Cases, scenarios development and risk management.
