Livrables
There will be six policy briefs, in which the results of the project will be disseminated to the community of policymakers at the regional, national and European level. The first one will deal with the cross-national policy analysis on political inequality (D1.1).
Policy brief 2 (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The second policy brief will be about the joint report of WP2&3 (D3.2).
Policy brief 3 (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The third policy brief will deal with the quasi-experimental part (D4.3)
A literature review will be conducted by JLU & UC3M partners that aims to understand what are the long-term impact of early inequalities.
Report: “Main results and country reports on the Quasi-experiment of socialisation of political self-efficacy in different compositions of gendered open classroom climates” (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable will gather the main results of the quasi-experiments, as well as the country reports produced by each partner with case descriptions of the observational data and the experiment.
Cross-national report on regulations and policies addressing political inequality (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)In collaboration with the remaining partners, the VUB will write a cross-national report on regulations and policies addressing political inequality. This report will serve as the basis of a policy brief to be delivered in WP6 (D6.2).
This database will include any panel, international survey or specialized socialisation survey that incorporates the main dependent variables of interest (institutional and non-institutional political participation, interest in politics and political efficacy). It will systematize the information available, providing the main characteristics of the dataset and its location. Once completed the dataset will be made available to the research community. Specifically, the dataset will include three types of surveys: a) Panel data, when that is available, as this is the best strategy to identify long-term inequalities and causal relationships data. b) To locate the ‘origins’ and early sources of inequalities, a dedicated youth and socialisation panel is necessary c) Comparisons across countries and over time for groups of the population, including international surveys (for adults) that include a large number of political involvement measures other than socioeconomic panels: ESS, WVS/EVS, ISSP.
