The activities performed and main achievements of the active Work Packages are:
WP1:
o Submission of all deliverables (18 in total) agreed in the Grant Agreement for this period.
o Organization of three plenary meetings and a review meeting.
o Financial management of the project for this reporting period.
WP3:
o Proof of concept of FDEI components
o Design and implementation of the centralized dataspace components
o Development of a Plug & Play Asset Registration System with QR-code onboarding, enabling seamless integration of device flexibility data into the OPENTUNITY ecosystem and preparing for future ESPR/DPP alignment.
o Design and implementation of the Data Space onboarding environment
o Submission of D3.1 Federated Data Exchange Infrastructure Architecture.
WP4:
o Development of the Building Flexibility Management System (BFMS), integrated with HEMS and BEMS at pilot sites, enabling forecasting, DR bidding and flexibility dispatch.
o Development of the Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) module.
o Development of baseline forecasting models for electric vehicle fleets and HEMS devices and of optimal flexibility selection algorithms.
o Co-design of local flexibility market setups for the different pilot sites of the project, including case-specific test scenarios and regulatory considerations.
WP5:
o Development of a Topology Converter open-source tool as a result of Task 5.1.
o Development of the Modules of Task 5.2 and Task 5.3 linked to Topology identification and State estimation within an ADMS architecture.
o Development of the advanced asset management modules of Task 5.4.
o Development of Network Planning Tool as a result of Task 5.5.
WP6:
o Organization of regular monthly WP6 meetings.
o Definition of deployment and demonstration plans for all pilot sites.
o Development of pilot-specific test cases, with associated datasets and updated KPIs (building on D2.1).
o Preparation of pilot site characterization documents.
WP8:
o Partners participated in 15 events and organised 3 workshops.
o The project website reached 2515 visits, with 1103 documents downloaded and 23 posts published.
o Social media:

o Concrete actions launched in pilot sites to recruit and involve end-users.
o Active contribution across the four BRIDGE Working Groups, participation in the 2025 General Assembly, surveys, workshops, and the BRIDGE newsletter and brochure.
o Strengthened cooperation with related Horizon Europe projects, including joint activities such as the CWA initiative with FEDECOM, Energy Nexus Cluster and content creation with Every1 Project.
