Engaging entrepreneurial ecosystems for the youth

Four action plans to implement the activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Analysis of the results from the cross-ecosystem co-creation workshop series and creation of action plans for each entrepreneurial education and support activity (4 action plans summarised in one document).

Mentoring programme – detailed programme (si apre in una nuova finestra)

RAPIV and involved businesses will prepare the design of the mentoring programme including multiple steps: scouting, call for mentors, matchmaking, sessions, challenges.

A plan detailing the manifold target groups and tools to address them

Shortlist of education and support activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We compare the findings of tasks 1.1 and 1.2 and assess the overall reach of the ecosystems’ entrepreneurial promotion activities. As a result we will publich a short list of specific education and support activities that promise to be very attractive to booster youth entrepreneurial spirit.

Potential & skills-biographies’ analyses, one for each ecosystem (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We plan to conduct five skills-biographies in each ecosystem (15 in total), which will be then analysed and compared within a report.

A list of co-ideation challenges (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Several co-ideation challenges will be developed together with business partners and summarised in a document. Based on previous experience of AWARE 7 we estimate 3 challenges per cohort. The number may change depending on number of participants (max. 5 challenges per cohort).

"The ""mentoring programme"" implementation strategy will be discussed, enhanced in a digital workshop with actors from all ecosystems and summarized in a document."

Implementation Strategy of Joint Classes (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"The ""joint classes"" implementation strategy will be developed in digital workshops with the educational and private sector actors of the three ecosystems and summarised in a document. We plan 3 workshops (1 WS start-ups perspective, 1 WS educational actors perspective, 1 WS joint), 2 hours each and estimate about 10 participants per workshop."

A match-making tool bringing together interns and start-ups, enabling toexpress expectations.

The first concept of the »joint classes« (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A common course curriculum, contents and materials (with 3 modules,9 ECTS, each module 3 ECTS) will be developed and prepared for piloting in close cooperation with teachers from the HEIs of all three ecosystems.

We will conduct a co-ideation challenge (series) with the identified partners and future founders. (1 event per cohort planned).

Awareness Campaign to address students (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Awareness Campaign to address students. We will use established communication channels of HEIs to students (e.g. email lists, newsletters, websites, social media, student councils etc.) and present the project and possibilities for involvement during information days at different HEIs in the three ecosystems. Additionally, the team will be present at specific events such as ruhrSUMMIT, ANDERSMACHER, world factory or ICT Cluster- Varna. Potential synergies arise during development of the joint classes.”

Piloting the mentoring programme (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Toolkit including transferable good practices of mentoring sessions by private sector actors. The Mentoring Toolkit will be based on results from the piloting and will be online tool that includes resources from best practices and tips to support mentors and mentees throughout the mentoring experience. It will also contain checklists, mentoring program tip-sheet, mentor-mentee matching questionnaire, mentoring content and mentoring program proposal framework.
