Cells specifications for (i) generic design; and (ii) automotive, aeronautics and waterborne specific designs V1

First version -Identification of main characteristics (capacity, format, chemistry, total number needed, mechanical, thermal and electrical performances needed,…) to specify and purchase the cells for (i) generic design in M3; and (ii) automotive, aeronautics and waterborne specific designs in M6 and specific requirements of novel cells chemestries (in particular Gen4) to be considered for adaptation of battery designs to next cell generations. Related to T2.1 activities, gathering requirements from a broad range of applications (from D5.2, D6.1 and D7.1) and novel chemestries known characteristics, behavior and requirements on system level.

Dissemination and Exploitation plan including communication activities V2

Periodic plan of the dissemination and exploitation plan including communication activities. Description of the activities developed and planned (clustering activities, events, publications, website, visual materials etc.), timeline, KPIs, audience reached, materials used and visual proof of the activities. Exploitation plan in order to assess the exploitation potential of the developed technologies in terms of KER.Related to task: 8.1 – 8.5

Roadmap for standardisation and certification

Alignment of research activities with relevant standards and certifications. Roadmap for the standardisation and certification of the final scaled-up systems. Related to T8.4 activities.

Revised version - Under the premises of the contractual, financial and administrative management rules described in the GA and CA, description of the methodologies implemented by the coordinator and the rules to be followed by the whole consortium ensuring a smooth and organised development of the project, covering: internal management structure of the consortium and the advisory board; access and structure of the project database (Sharepoint – D1.4); internal communication rules; IPR management rules; procedures and KPI to ensure the quality standards; risk management plan including mitigation measures. Related to tasks: 1.1 – 1.2 – 1.3

Module safety tests and simulation

Generic module tests and simulation decription - as defined in testing methodology in section 1.2.1.2 - followed by analysis of results to validate the safety of the combination of all BBs at module level : resistance of the module to TR propagation, mechanical performance and fire resistance. Related to T4.5 activities.

Requirements, use cases and KPIs (automotive applications)

For automotive end-use applications: technical requirements and use cases for prototyping (main use-case for WP6) and extrapolation studies (D5.4), associated with KPIs. Related to T6.1 activities.

Eco-design and scale-up recommendations at module level

Assessment of all the involved technology BBs (feasible materials, formulations and processes) to select best trade-offs between performances (technical and economical), dismountability and sustainability at module level. Related to T4.6 activities.

Requirements, use cases and KPIs (waterborne and other applications)

For waterborne and other end-use applications: technical requirements and use cases for virtual prototyping (main use-case for D5.3) and extrapolation studies (D5.4), associated with KPIs. Related to T5.2 activities.

Summary (for non-confidential publication) of tests and characterisation results to validate the performances of the BBs 5,6,7 at module level. Related to T4.2, T4.3 and T4.4 activities.

Development of an LCA tool. Assessment of all the involved technology BBs (feasible materials, formulations and processes) to select best trade-offs between performance (technical and economical) and sustainability (incl. recyclability potential, manufacturability, scalability) at cell level. Related to T2.5 activities.
