The METHODOLOGY applied by ENTHEC to tackle this challenge has included comprehensive research and analysis, application of “Smarketing” to define the Marketing plan, and interviews with potential customers and potential partners regarding commercial and implementation details to facilitate the future sales and scalability of the business.
The ACTIVITIES planned by ENTHEC to achieve the project objective in this stage were:
• Define a marketing, sales and customer experience plan, fully adapted to the cybersecurity sector for KARTOS as a B2B2B SaaS.
• Define a financial plan and a feasibility analysis of planned technical and commercial investments that is appropriately sized for the company's next round of Series A financing.
• To define the strategy for internationalisation and growth in the United States.
• To widely communicate project results to stakeholders and end-users, strengthening synergies with other innovation networks to reach the maximum impact.
