Fully functional website that captures, allocates, and distributes in a very efficient and straightforward way most important developments during the project’s duration and beyond. Newsletters and continuous postings will make the website attractive for visiting and getting informed or interact with important project actors.

: It includes project procedures (internal communication, project monitoring, reporting, financial management (Interim financial report, Final financial report) and external communication). This is to guarantee quality project outcomes, including quality assessment and risk management, and to provide orientation to all project partners and stakeholders on how the project is planned and executed.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE) strategy - Second version

Report including all C&D activities within the project, and exploitation plan beyond MISSION. This deliverable includes details on the communication and dissemination strategy of the MISSION project to reach out most important and beyond stakeholders informing about MISSION and its outcomes to motivate for learning more and adopting developed solutions. This is the second version of the strategy.

Assessment and alignment of on-going JIT / Port Call Optimisation Standardisation Initiatives including legal frameworks

Collection of all port call optimization standardization initiatives including their legal and contractual frameworks. Outcome will be the documented collection of standards and the founding initiatives.
