Dissemination video 1

One video of the introduction of the project, its concept and benefits at M6. The video will highlight the potential benefits of implementing the proposed technology in the CHP plants. This deliverable refers to task 5.6.

Public project website

D5.6 is the design and production of public version of the project website for external communication and to showcase the project objectives, progress results. The website will be maintained by 1cube for the entire duration of the project. After the project ends, a small version of the website will be maintained under 1cube own website. The deliverable will also include the screenshots of the fully functional website. This deliverable refers to task 5.6.

Data Management Plan (1)

Initial data Management Plan

D1.3 covers Data Management Plan (DMP) in compliance with the Guidelines on FAIR Data Management in HE. The deliverable will detail the data that will be collected and generated, how data needs to be handled, classified, and stored and which data can be shared or need to be protected/restricted. This deliverable refers to task 1.3.

Documents, reports (5)

Project logo and set of public documents templates

D5.5 will cover the generation of the project logo and visual identity of the project and production of project templates to be used for internal and external communication. This deliverable refers to task 5.6.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

In D5.7,the plan for dissemination and communication, including target group identification, channels to be used, etc. will be reported in D7.5. The first version of D5.7 will be at M3 and it will updated periodically with the inputs of all partners at M12, M24 and M42. This deliverable refers to task 5.5.

Updated Project Management Plan 1

D1.4 covers an updated governance structure to coordinate, communicate and monitor the work progress of the project, including a Gantt chart and a work breakdown structure, including a schedule per task, responsible partner, related subtasks, and related deliverables. This deliverable refers to task 1.1.

Dissemination and Communication Plan updated 1

The updated plan for dissemination and communication will be reported based on the reflection on the initial plan and feedback from the partners and target groups. This deliverable refers to task 5.5.

Dissemination activities 1

Report on the organization of dissemination activities to a broader public, visits to the demo facilities and introducing the project to the stakeholders, and training materials like online presentations and webinars, etc. This deliverable refers to task 5.7.
