OVERVIEW OF THE WORK PROGRESS TOWARDS THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The main goal of the Centre for Analytical Science Innovative Doctoral Programme (CAS-IDP) is to train an international group of 13 early stage researchers (ESRs) to deliver world-leading analytical science research under two multi-disciplinary themes:
1. Predictive modelling of bacterial cell division and
2. ‘Quality by Design’ of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products
Fellows have made good progress on their projects. Fellows have undertaken transferable skills and technical training and presented their projects at 2 Network meetings and presented their work at the Mid-Term review which also served as the third network meeting. All fellows have had two advisory committee meetings and implemented advice given. The Mid-Term review provided the occasion for their third advisory committee meeting.
