CORDIS

Professional cross-priming for ovary and prostate cancer

Risultati finali

Report on the Annual Meetings (agenda, minutes, progress report) with all participants of the consortium including the EC Scientific Officer

The participants will meet annually to review the project’s progress and achievement and discuss coming activities. Five meetings will be placed: kick off, mid-terms and final meeting. Coordination and organisation of PROCROP meetings, and the preparation and distribution of the minutes of the SC will also be distributed.

Report of press release and dissemination activities concerning PROCROP project

The Coordinate will create a final report containing PROCROP press releases and dissemination activities in order to inform the general public. Of course, PROCROP will also include information about its activities on the webpage informing about the partners and its activities.

PROCROP Logo, graphical Chart and webpage

Design of the official PROCROP logo and graphical chart to generate visual identity for the project. Also, an official webpage will be created for PROCROP, to inform public and scientific community about different issues related to the project.

Publications in reviewed journals and conference abstracts.

Knowledge and publications in international high impact-factor journals (in the field of cancer and immunology). Reports of clinical trial outcomes with immunomonitoring results should result in reports submitted to the top clinical journals, either general, or specialized in oncology, given the expected efficacy and the novelty of the PROCROP approach. It is expected that the whole consortium will publish a total number of 8-15 papers, including reviews.

Knowledge/information management updated

Ensuring that all participants are informed of the strategy, aims and project development. Knowledge management activities will include the set-up of the web-based management platform – (member restricted access) for sharing information among all partners. The web-based will be the repository for all PROCROP documents restricted to consortium members.
