Each ESR will be hosted for a period average 6 months in an Indian university partnerESRs have access to modules in their host university on India and its Global role and on languages and methodsESRs have a local supervisor in addition to skype email contact with home dept supervisor

Work experience

All ESRs will spend a period on secondment to a nonacademic partner where they will gain experience of that sector learn new transferable skills and develop new perspectives on possible careers

All ESRs will produce tailored information and recommendations for target groups based on their research findings 60 policy briefs to academic and nonacademic recipients
