Comics and animations (si apre in una nuova finestra)

During the FOIE GRAS programme, it is expected to produce 5 different comics of different lenghts, as well as 1 video animation for educational purposes. These will focus in distinct topics including diet and incidence of fatty liver disease, healthy lifestyles, basic notions on metabolism, as well as other topics. The animation will be ready by week 42, while comics will be ready on weeks 24, 30, 36, 42, 48.

Patents** intestinal permeability assays (WP-3), antibody-based kits for GLP-1 (WP2), human oxidized albumin(WP4) and markers of liver damage (WP3) or IR-based methodologies to stratify NAFLD (WP3). Managed by WP7

Events aimed at the general public will be produced in the different countries of the consortium. These may include: 1) Researcher’s Night-like events 2) Visits of researchers to schools 3) Presentations of researchers at science centers 4) Open lab days 5) public health initiatives trough physical activity involving adults and children (e.g. racing, marathons) 6) public awareness in sports, e.g., principal football leagues in the countries involved in the consortium

We expect that at least 8 diffrent deliverables will be produced based on press reports focusing on particular aspects of the FOIE GRAS research programme. We expect that media outlets will pick up the press releases and perform media articles, including interviews with involved scientists and ESRs.
