Detailed risk management plan The risk management will be implemented by a detailed plan established together with the Consortium during the beginning of the project. The rsik management plan will be revised two times during the project. Material investigations for FB combustion systems Report on the material tests for fluidised bed combustion with regard to corrosion potential etc. Status update on dissemination activities with scientific relevance Continuous monitoring of possible dissemination opportunities with scientific relevance (paper calls for conferences etc.). Detailed Project Management Plan To monitor the progress a detailed project management plan including a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) will be elaborated together with the Consortium. A schedule per task, responsible partner, related subtasks and deliverables as well as dependencies on other task will be included. The Data management plan will be revised 2 times in course of the project.
