It will identify the main stakeholders and users communities and will layout the dissemination and communication plan for activities to reach out, communicate, and engage with stakeholders. Will also define the initial plan for collaboration and the objectives and KPIs to be monitored during the project. This deliverable will report about the creation of the website and other dissemination means and tools, such as social media, that the consortium will create to promote the project during the first months of the project.
