Robot prototype, with specification and documentation.

Set-up of the end-users advisory board

Key figures will be identified for each type of end-users (informal caregivers: relatives, elders, formal care-givers, nurses) and is invited to be part of the End-Users Advisory Board (EUAB).

3D mapping and navigation

Algorithms and software to reconstruct the geometry of the furniture and objects inside the rooms is provided to enable the robot with safe navigation.

Objects searching by radio frequency

Prototype and documentation of the object location service through radiofrequency

Virtual caregiver

The algorithms and software that implement the Virtual Caregiver intelligence are provided.

Technical test report of the system

Interfacing specifications and SW and HW specifications of the components and of the whole system will be reported in a comprehensive way. These will be summarized both in a Section on technical specifications and a second Section on user related specifications.

Functional Specifications

Complete MoveCare functional specifications. These will take into account both platform and elders chracteristics and will require a strict cooperation between technical partners and user-representative ones.

Analysis of assistance platforms on the market

Market analysis to identify competitors.

Ethical Submission

Documentation for ethical approval of the experimentation of Movecare. Steps that have led to submission in due time are documented.

Final dissemination plan

It will contain the final dissemination strategy, a list of scientific publications produced and of all the items published on the web-site and on non-conventional diffusion channels during the project. It will also report the action carried out towards third bodies, like government organization, non-profit organization and end-user organizations to diffuse the results of the project. This will constitute part of the final management report.

Assessment of MoveCare

Report on deployment modalities. A thorough assessment of feasibility, usability, patient compliance of the MoveCare technology. Quantitative evaluation of platform deployment costs and policy recommendations for effective deployment.

Policy recommendations

Quantitative evaluation of platform deployment costs is evaluated and policy recommendations for effective deployment are produced.

User requirements and scenarios definition

The needs for maintaining the elders at home are identified. These will regard potentially clusters of elders. Plenty of use-case scenarios are provided for development.

Heterogeneous monitoring data, made publicly available

Data collected by the different monitoring systems throughout development and testing will be provided publicly along with classification and documentation.
