The aim of this deliverable is to establish and disseminate within the project a Mobility Plan setting out the protocol for the use of project resources for short-term mobilities by GradSchool administrators and STARC scientists to Cambridge and Leuven (M3). The report will be for immediate dissemination and will provide transparency within the project and a model of good practice in the management of short-term mobilities. It too will be aimed at Cypriot institutions in the public and private sectors likely to apply to H2020/FP9 programmes, to other EU funding bodies, and/or to Cypriot funding agencies.

Revised syllabus for CyI doctoral programme, including a new PhD in Archaeological Science (M10) CyI Doctoral programmes are combining elements of US American and European practice, while adhering to the Bologna process. The revised syllabus will strengthen the European elements in the syllabus, offering clear guidance to potential applicants about the form and content of the programme.

Communications and Transparency Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The aim of this deliverable is to summarise and share with partners the experience and results of monthly project meetings, and the steps taken to ensure that project management was transparent and communicated to partners and the wider public (M36). The report will be for immediate dissemination and will provide a model of managing meetings and promoting the free and transparent flow information within the project and to the general public. As with D6.2 and 6.3, this deliverable will also be aimed at Cypriot institutions in the public and private sectors likely to apply to H2020/FP9 programmes, to other EU funding bodies, and/or to Cypriot funding agencies.

This deliverable aims at disseminating knowledge of the Promised initiative and resultant outputs to the public audience. It will be the outcome of milestones related to project website design (MS5.2). The website will be online and freely accessible to the public within the first 6 months of the project and regularly updated thereof in order to showcase important milestones, research outputs and other dissemination initiatives.

This deliverable will be a detailed Data Management Plan that meets criteria established for Horizon 2020 projects (M7). It will include involvement of academic and support staff from all institutions.
