List of Workshops and events M3 - M48

This document will be an monthly updated report with all the workshops and events that have been organised by the project partners during the secondments. Also it will incorporate the events and conferences where the project has been disseminated. (task 6.1)

Dissemination and Communication plan and materials

This document will outline the dissemination plan to be followed for the overall duration of the project. More specifically, the report initially will identify the stakeholders to be targeted and the most appropriate means to approach each one of them. The report will present the dissemination activities planned, such as attending and organising events (i.e. workshops, conferences, briefings and open days), circulating frequent newsletters, publishing press releases, etc. Furthermore, the report will presents the dissemination material prepared, such as logo design, design of promotional material (poster, leaflets, etc.) and the project website. (task 7.1)

Project website

A project website will be design in the first month of the project. The project website will be one of the communication tools for the project consortium. It will contain the project aim, partners and expected results. The website will be updated with blog posts, events, plan for secondments and news about the project. (task 7.1)
