Pilot and system implementation plan

This report defines investment plan and a suggested methodprogression for installation for each pilot It also includes the technical and businesses KPIs and their values specification detailed processes and time frame analysed in T51This analysis will further lead to a suggested investment plan and a suggested methodprogression for installation The deliverable also exposes the data collection agreements from pilots from T52

Toolbox description and Replication guidelines

This deliverable describes a final and comprehensive toolbox and guide for realising economically viable sustainable and reliable energy islands

Sustained engagement plan and impact evaluation

The sustained engagement in a community is dependent on a strong foundation of ambassadors who can carry on the activities which is implemented The engagement plan suggests the necessary means to accomplish this and seeks to implement the ones which are possible within the scope and budget of the project The sustained engagement recommendations is furthermore build into the Common Impact Model which is developed as part of WP2The results or impact of the activities carried out in WP2 are evaluated in accordance with the targets set up in T22 This deliverable is related to task 22 and task 23

Final Project Report

The Consortium shall submit a final report to the EC within 60 days after the end of the project This final report shall comprise a final publishable summary report covering the results conclusions and socioeconomic impact of the project This deliverable is related to task 13

First dissemination and communication report

This report shows the communications and dissemination activities until M16 done in T8.1-3

Open Access Data

This deliverable is related to consortiums aim to participate in the Open Access Data Pilot and includes the data needed to validate the results presented in scientific publications In addition to this the Consortium considers aims to involve data produced in pilots in Europe and in India While aiming at making data from pilots available the Consortium will seek to protect the commercial interests of participating beneficiaries and will respect European and national privacy and security regulations Open availability of data produced in pilots will be evaluated pilot by pilot This deliverable is related to tasks 61 and 62

Project website and social network profiles

The website will be available in a public URL with a name related to the project and a basic structure able to explain the goals targets Consortium etc having a space for updating the evolution of the project This deliverable corresponds to T82

Communications strategy and engagement tools

Based on the Community analysis report the first communications strategy and communication elements will be introduced. Rewards and incentive mechanisms need to be part of the strategy, even though other measures will also have a significant value and position. The first strategy will be ready in month 7, but it is crucial for the project to be aware of the fact, that engagement is always a process in development. Hence to develop a communications kit in the beginning of the project, which aims at informing and engaging customers throughout the project is lost cause - and at best a waste of money. Hence the strategy and the tools will continue development as part of the interaction with the community and a final documentation of the tools being used and their impact ratio will be ready in the end of the project at M42. This deliverable is related to task 2.2.
