Call for participation

A compilation of all documents and further material that is requited to roll out a call for participation in the TEMP programme.

Chapters on implementation research

The findings from the model LEC implementation from the perspective of intervention research transfer and implementation research and psychological gender studies will be summarised and prepared in a way suitable to form part of a White Book on Open Schooling Education Clusters WP5 and Policy briefs WP6

White Book on Open Schooling Education Clusters

An illustrative and versatile compilation of stories resources and outcomes achieved from the project implementation incl good of good practise which will serve as a reference guide to Open Schooling beyond the projects lifespan It is envisaged that the White Book will comprise approx 120 pages and it will both be produced as printed brochure as well as an interactive online resource

Documentation of advocacy activities

A report which includes a synoptic documentation of all Advocacy Meetings as well as an assessment of the continuous monitoring of LECs formal reporting and informal documentation in Blogs and Vlogs and other low threshold insights into the progress of LEC implementation This includes a recapitulation of all advice that was provided by the Advocacy groups in a certain context and a classification of problematic issues in typical scenarios which are relevant for upscaling and transfer of prototypical LEC models

Summary analysis report

The reports comprises all relevant finding from collecting clustering and analysing of cases of good practise and provides evidence based recommendations for Policy Briefs WP7 LEC and TEMP implementation WP 3 and WP4 and the Teacher Training Innovation Toolkit WP7

Conference Report

A detailed documentation of the Final Conference which includes all presentations activities participants and a summary of the relevant points that were discussed in plenaries and working groups with an outlook of the next steps to be taken including the role of policy

Handbook for OpenBadge users

A concise instruction manual for users of the OpenBadge ecosystem, with separated sections for different types of users (badge issuer, badge applicant, badge receiver etc.)

Sustained Modelling and Scenario Building Reference Guide

A synoptic final report that encapsulates all achievements that were made during the implementation of the LEC work plans as well as the obstacles and oppositions that became evident This will particularly address the stakeholders positions and perspectives that are typically involved in and relevant for innovation in education notably in the formal sector teachers school heads teacher training and parents However all six LEC models are based on particular missions and a specific settings which are prototypical for the political social and economic context in which they are embedded In consequence an annotated guide for sustained modelling and scenario building will in synergy with the Advocacy Briefs and the Policy Briefs see WP7 provide a framework for the further exploitation of findings and their transfer into other specific models of innovative ecosystems of education with respect to regions topics and problem areas as well as economic sectors

Compilation of Briefing Papers

A set of Briefing Papers will be developed and rolled-out from the perspective of pupils, teachers, school heads, parents and teacher training students in advice the LEC implementation from these perspectives and to provide a basis for the further formulation of Advocacy Briefs.

Knowledge base of good practise

A minimum of 60 cases of good practise will be prepared and clustered in a way which is suitable to be included in a structured repository available via Mobilisation and Mutual Learning Platform (MML-Platform, WP5), including the development of search terms, filter item and tags which are likely to be relevant to the project scope, purpose and objective.

Advocacy Toolkit for school leaders and teachers

A collection of easytouse argumentative material and tools that are intended to inform and convince in separated issues school heads and teachers about the opportunities and the requirements of Open Schooling models and settings for the purpose of creating more innovative more inclusive and more engaging forms of collaborative not only but notably STEAM education in schools This shall help to mobilise school heads and teacher for making classroom learning and teaching more open for the communities around them

Handbook for MML-Platform users

A concise instruction manual for users of the MML-Platform, with separated sections for different users and authorisation (internal/external, back-end/front-end etc.)

Implementation Workshop documentation

A detailed documentation of results from workshop that were conducted in three iterations M6 M12 M18 including webinar modules

Open Schooling Policy Recommendation Brief

A clear message to policy making with the aim of enhancing policy buyin through authentic firsthand insight into proven practise This concise summary provides implications recommendations and lessons learned from the implementation of the PHERECLOS approach as a vehicle for providing policy advice in face of a current learning crisis in education In accordance with the Dissemination and Communication Action Plan Policy WP5 the Policy Brief will be aimed at decision makers in education who are approachable via affiliated networks project supporters and the manifold actors involved in local activities

Open Schooling policy and structure inventory

This report compiles identified policy properties in the participating countries, which are relevant for the implementation and the transformation and upscaling of Open Schooling approaches. This includes a compilation of specific characteristics and structural condition in the school systems which are opportunities and hindering aspects for Open Schooling.

Teacher Training Innovation Toolkit on Open Schooling

A practical framework for innovation in teacher training, that is aiming at promoting an understanding and key skills that are required for classroom settings and teaching scenarios which include a wide range of interaction between various providers in formal and non-formal education, in and outside of schools. The toolkit will both include didactical examples as well as innovative models that promote experiential and active learning innovations.

Knowledge base of annotated cases of good practise

Based on the synoptic analysis of the “good of good practice”, annotated case descriptions will be prepared and provided for the “White Book on Open Schooling Education Clusters” (see WP5). These are possibly a subset of all identified cases, but at least 30 cases will be edited.
