It will also provide preliminary implementations for the respective models and mechanisms.

DEMETER Data and Knowledge models and tools - Release 3

This deliverable will provide the third and final release of the AIM data model, of the core semantic mappings of DEMETER, formerly provided by D2.3, as well as of the data and knowledge tools and mechanisms formerly provided by D2.4, capturing the outcomes of Tasks 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 after the delivery of the second release of their modules.

Overarching coordination, execution, evaluation, fertilisation and optimisation report for pilot round 1

This deliverable reports on all administrative and technical matters regarding the pilot round 1, both per pilot and on a cross pilot level. It captures the assessment plan for the pilot round 1 identifying all the different dimensions to be assessed and the methodology that will be applied by the responsible tasks. The measurement by pilots for round 1 will be collected in a report at M25 and then included, together with assessment from round 2, in D5.7.It develops a set of best practices for enhanced interoperability, describes necessary standardization activities based on lessons learned, and outlines possible future activities that further enhance IT systems within the agricultural sector. Finally, it describes all communication and cross-pilot fertilization recommendations given based on pilot round 1
