Obiettivo
Problem: In Europe, only 49% of the organisations in the private sector use formal Job Evaluation schemes, with SMEs less than 3%. Lack of effective Job Evaluation procedures often results in unstructured wage payment practices and missed opportunities for requirements-based career and skill development of employees and costly litigations.
Value proposition: 222.000 EU SMEs with 50-250 employees could benefit from gradar® platform. At only 5% take-up of the new SaaS by all concerned SMEs this could lead to around €1.1 billion savings and over 2000 new jobs across the SME sector.
Solution: gradar® is a highly innovative, web-based single resource for SMEs for managing every aspect of the job evaluation process in an easy-to-use and cost-efficient way. Now, we are the only company worldwide that offers job evaluation together with a default model of relevant job specific competencies as a Software as a Service (SaaS) based product. nThe company’s algorithms are proactively audited for demographic (gender) bias.
Product and technology: We are on the market with a first version of the product and already demonstrating over €90,000 (15-21% of total costs) per year savings from more efficient people utilisation and payment practices. This project will improve functionality and usability by enhancing the Competency module and implementing Compensation Analytics, Benchmarking and Management modules
Competition: HR consulting firms like AON/Hewitt, Deloitte, KornFerryHay, hkp group, Kienbaum, Lurse, Mercer, PWC, Willis Towers Watson and a variety of micro players.
Go-to-market: Target customers SMEs with 50-250 headcount from core markets Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, UK and Spain. Implementation partnership agreements in target areas to be finalized mid-2020. We have introduced a transparent, four-tier license cost model that is unique on the market.
Key milestones: Anticipated turnover of €30.8M by 2025 and 43 new employees five years after commercialization.
