CONNECT online platform official launch

This deliverable will provide a first version of the CONNECT online platform with a set of functionalities included

CONNECT online platform final improvement

This deliverable is the full implementation of the CONNECT online platform, with all the features added during the project to assist consortium partners and users.

CONNECT online platform baseline implementation

This deliverable will provide the baseline implementation of the CONNECT online platform This will allow consortium partners to take advantage of functionalities supported by the platform at an early stage of the project

Final evaluation of CONNECT

Report on the final evaluation of the project with Policy Guidelines and influence plan, describing the extent to which the overall objective of the project is reached, the enablers and inhibitors of the project, gains obtained by all stakeholders involved as well as the major lessons learnt.

This deliverable refers updated information about stakeholders’ engagement related to task 2.2 and task 2.3,

This deliverable provides an engaging Toolkit for engaging Schools and all stakeholders related to task 22 and task 23 It also includes indicators to measure levels of engagement

These will present the framework to create, implement and support formal learning in school and informal learning outside school.

Catalogue of best practices

This report presents best practices about open schooling approaches with recommendations for stakeholder engagement related to task 21

Final Report about engagement with recommendations for sustainability

This deliverable presents an updated version of previous deliverables and final outcomes about engagement with recommendations for sustainability.

Open schooling Framework with two pilot sets of SCIENCE ACTION resources

These will be used by different groups of participants for piloting the CONNECT approaches in school formal learning and outside school informal learning

Guidelines for implementation report

D51 will be useful for partners and facilitators to support partnerships with coach

A set of SCIENCE ACTION resources for informal education v1

These will present digital and nondigital resources for Scienceactions outside schools with guidelines and selfassessment tool for all participants including facilitators

Twelve sets of SCIENCE ACTION resources for formal education

A set of SCIENCE ACTION resources for informal education v2

These will present digital and non-digital resources for Science-actions outside schools, with guidelines and self-assessment tool for all participants, including facilitators.

CONNECT Book

D1.4 will include a summary of open access research papers about project findings with examples of best teachers’ practices and students’ science action projects.
