Project description
Support for businesses of the 5G-IoT era
The customer relationship management (CRM) software company, Sieben Ltd., offers highly advanced turnkey solutions to unleash business creativity and productivity. Its most successful product is POBUCA – a Corporate Software suite with a range of smart functional tools that connect customers with their contacts, and search and organise contacts data. It offers grouping functionality, sales and customer loyalty support. POBUCA Chatbot and Virtual Assistant are already an international success. The EU-funded POBUCA Bot project will support the transformation of POBUCA Chatbot into the first internationally Outbound Metabot – an independent, reusable, logic block using AI and low latency in interface operations. The end result will be a complete up-to-date service presented to the market for all 5G-IoT-related industries.
Objective
Sieben Ltd. is an SME operating in the domestic and international ICT markets since October 2000. A prominent part of the company’s product portfolio includes POBUCA, a Corporate Software suite offering a range of functionalities designed to boost customer sales and productivity.
Currently, POBUCA consists of:
- POBUCA Connect, which assists organizing and sharing of business contacts,
- POBUCA Loyalty, which offers tools for maximisation of customer loyalty,
- POBUCA Sales, supporting the sales and delivery value chain end to end.
POBUCA has become a Sieben Ltd. success story, with sales both in domestic and international markets, in particular through strategic collaborations with Vodafone and Telefonica. Significant contributor to POBUCA success is considered to be POBUCA Chatbot, i.e. an inbound Virtual Assistant (VA) facilitating interaction between POBUCA and users. More info on POBUCA can be found through http://sieben.gr(opens in new window) under “Products”.
Taking into account the challenges and opportunities within the Corporate Software ecosystem as well as anticipated ICT market prospects within 5G-IoT era, main objective of POBUCA Bot Project is to disrupt international Corporate Software markets through the transformation of its existing POBUCA Chatbot module into an internationally unique, Outbound Metabot serving multiple domains. Such a development will mark the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Corporate Software environment.
Further, successful development of POBUCA Bot, is expected to allow massive deployment in 5G-IoT-related vertical industries, since low-latency communications will need to be assisted by ultra-reliable man-machine communication and user experience (UX) augmenting human capabilities.
