Sostenere le PMI innovative nella regione del Baden-Württemberg
La rete Enterprise Europe (EEN, Enterprise Europe Network) è una rete europea che individua e sostiene le PMI idonee a ricevere il supporto fornito dal progetto pilota avanzato dal Consiglio europeo per l’innovazione (CEI). In particolare, incoraggia le PMI, gli imprenditori e gli scienziati grazie a idee innovative e potenziale di espansione internazionale, fornendo loro servizi e strumenti di gestione innovativi che ne rafforzano le capacità gestionali. Il progetto BW-KAM 5, finanziato dall’UE, offrirà servizi di gestione dei clienti più importanti (KAM, key account management) a PMI innovative della regione del Baden-Württemberg, in Germania, oltre a sostenerne l’ingresso nei mercati europei. Il progetto coordinerà la cooperazione tra proprietari di PMI, formatori specializzati e investitori al fine di assisterli nell’affrontare lacune di conoscenza o necessità a livello finanziario.
Obiettivo
BW-KAM 5 will implement tested and tailored innovation management services and tools to enhance innovation management capacities in Baden-Württemberg's (Germany) SMEs that have the potential to grow and internationalise. The services will be adapted to the needs of the SMEs and also market requirements in order to provide innovative products and services to Europe’s markets. Key Account Management will be provided to SME beneficiaries from the EIC pilot by identifying and matching SME owners with coaches and investors in order to bridge knowledge gaps or financial requirements. The region covered is Baden-Württemberg in southwest Germany, which has been served by the Enterprise Europe Network Baden-Württemberg consortium for the last ten years.
