Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project

Today's digital customers are demanding. They expect from brands to address them individually with tailor-made offers. They wish to be saved from imprecise segmented campaigns  or remarketing storms. Data-driven personalization is the answer. Moreover, when used with the most popular and entertainment  format – video – you get the winning combination. And this is where our platform, Motionlab, comes to play. Motionlab is a cloud-based platform as a service that enables video personalization in high volumes. We open a new dimension of personalized digital communication to anybody while bringing benefits to both - companies and their customers.

Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far

Within this feasibility study, we focused on validation of operational, commercial and legal feasibility and economic viability. Our real environment validation proved the technological, projectual and legal preparation of Motionlab. Based on this study we are able to confirm our substantial added value, redefine our business approach and fine-tune our solution and its features.
We run the product and markets real live validation of our commercial pilots mainly within CEE. Nevertheless, Motionlab, due to its digital platform-based business model, is ready to enter into new segments and geographic markets as a matter of marginal costs.

Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far)

Our aim is to help brands to create better, face-to-face relationships with their customers in the digital world. The excellent customer experience, thanks to personalized communication, will be needed now more than ever. The openness, technology features and simplicity of usage is what makes Motionlab a unique solution. We enable mass video personalization with no technical or creative limits, simple and accessible to all.
Despite various types of competitors, Motionlab managed to acquire the most-known brands from accross the industries as direct clients. The company also won several industry awards. All that in the first 1,5 year of its existence in commercial pilot.
