Capire le preferenze dei consumatori attraverso l’attività dei social media

L’ingente quantità di dati diversificati che devono essere elaborati e analizzati hanno reso il marketing molto più complesso di quanto fosse prima. Efficaci ricerche del target e la personalizzazione multicanale richiedono una visione omnicomprensiva delle attività e delle esperienze del cliente con un minimo dispendio di tempo e denaro sull’analisi tradizionale dei dati. Per creare un profilo cliente unificato, l’infrastruttura IT deve essere ottimizzata in modo da permettere una personalizzazione in tempo reale. A tal fine, il progetto XEERPA, finanziato dall’UE intende commercializzare una nuova classe di informazioni cognitive di marketing per i megadati, alimentata dagli algoritmi dell’intelligenza artificiale e dell’apprendimento automatico. La tecnologia del progetto fornirà agli esperti di marketing una visione più nitida delle preferenze del cliente attraverso la sua attività sui social media.

Obiettivo

Marketing has become exponentially more complex. Large amounts of data from a variety of digital and third-party sources must be ingested, processed, and analysed seamlessly without frustrating delays and bottlenecks.
Creating a 360° customer view is a crucial first step to effective cross-channel targeting and personalization. Companies need to gain full visibility over their customer’s journeys and experiences, while minimizing time and money spent on traditional CX data analysis.
The technical challenge of creating a UCP is optimizing IT infrastructure for real-time personalization. This is where cognitive technologies, machine learning and predictive analytics will define the next generation of e-commerce software. According to IDC, global spending on cognitive systems and AI powered analytics will reach nearly $77.6 billion in 2022.
XEERPA is a new class of Cognitive Marketing Intelligence for Big Data powered by AI and ML algorithms. XEERPA is a SaaS marketing solution that aggregates real-time data across all customer touch points (social, mobile, web), transactional data (CRM, e-commece) and third-party data (external sources), to create a 360° view of each customer.
WHO WE ARE: XEERPA was founded in 2012 and only 7 years later is considered one of the cutting-edge marketing technologies emerging in Spain. XEERPA has a high market penetration in Spain and is already gaining clients in LATAM, thanks to key partnerships with IBM, Salesforce, IT integrators, marketing consultancy companies and local partners.
Phase 1 will accelerate the basis for an exponential international expansion in leading countries, such as USA, UK and EU, as well as emerging markets in Latin America and Asia. We estimate the necessary investment of approximately €758,030, to scale of innovation into the international market in less than 24 months. We expect to multiply our sales by 17 times by 2024, surpassing EUR 13 million, and creating 42 new jobs.
