Digital transformation is a strategic priority for every business and iphonedroid is at the forefront of the digital transformation where new technology can improve communication between companies and their employees, B2E solutions.
Onboarding is the process of bringing a new employee onboard in a new company. Everyone can relate to a bad onboarding experience, feeling unsupported, unsure, and disconnected.
The workforce today is more digitally connected and spends more time using digital communication modes such as mobile phones.
More importantly for HR managers, greater work mobility and employee turnover will accompany younger generations through their worklife.
Our objective is to produce a technological and market leading onboarding software applicable across all industries and positions including those that are not sit down office-based.
Through phase 1 of the SME Instrument we have analysed the tasks required to get us to commercialisation. The technical challenges for further development of the application prototype are clear and our internal and external capabilities to meet those challenges have been affirmed. We have also created a costed plan of work for the project. The Market analysis identified a significant opportunity for iphonedroid and benefits for our customers and users. Commercially we have a clear picture of our promotional strategy; and finally, financially our projections indicate a successful project for iphonedroid and vastly improved onboarding for our customers.
Using Software as a Service delivery to all devices and a comprehensive application underpinned by all available technology we will have the market-leading technical solution for onboarding.
Our prototype will include all required functionality, delivering information in engaging and easily consumable ways, monitoring and automating onboarding on the HR manager and user side. It will be the optimal digital onboarding solution our customers asked for and connect well with industry and employment trends. It will lead to more connected and engaged workforces, using technology to bring colleagues and companies closer together.
