D7.3 Training Planning and Activities Report 1st Draft

Report on the training activities undertaken to inform and educate the (i) beneficiaries (occupants, employees, owners, tenants) in the demo sites of the iBECOME vBMS capabilities and expected impact and of its interfaces and how-to-use; (ii) iBECOME partners in the use of the iBECOME vBMS especially during the demonstration of its piloting operation in the four sites and (iii) the external stakeholders.

Methodology for determination of virtual sensors for comfort

Determination of metrics that better describe and characterise thermal and visual comfort and IAQ conditions and description of a methodology based on Machine Learning techniques to easily calculate them through proxy variables either monitored onsite physical sensors or derived from dynamic building simulations output virtual sensors

Stakeholders' contractual agreement and EPCs templates

Description of the working arrangement between the stakeholders involved in the provision of services through the iBECOME vBMS including contractual collaboration template stipulating their common line of action, their roles and responsibilities implementing the iBECOME vBMS and the subsequent services and their reimbursement sharing from the achievement of performance improvement and operational cost savings. Additionally, the agile and enhanced EPC templates will be described and detailed that will support easy access to financing and will provide the legal basis for the collaboration between all the involved stakeholders (ESCOs and AEC companies, aggregators, building owners and tenants, FM and CRE companies, financial institutions, hardware and software vendors) and determine how they will interact.

Software and hardware architecture for bidirectional integration of vBMS

Specification of the iBECOME vBMS software and hardware and cloud architecture to achieve bidirectional integration twoway communication and interoperability with onsite BMS and IoT sensors and controllers

Automation of dynamic building simulation model calibration and ROM generation

Description of the processes for automating both the calibration of dynamic building simulation models and the generation of Reduced Order Models of buildings from the calibrated ones
