This deliverable summarises the project's achievements and is meant for wide dissemination at the end of the project. It relates to all tasks in WP1.

Replication action plans for Oslo, Gothenburg, Hamburg, Munich, Bologna and Rome (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable details the city specific plans for replication of selected measures. It will build on knowledge and experience gained through tasks in WP3, WP4, WP5 and WP6 and make sure that this is shared widely with other cities but in particular with replicator and cascade cities. This deliverable relates to task 7.2 in WP7.

Cascade cities action plans (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable details the city specific plans to prepare transferability of selected measures, primarily to already identified and engaged (through letters of intent) cascade cities. Cascade cities will participate in selected activities during the project. Extensive professional networks will be utilised to further illustrate and discuss MOVE21 solutions, and how they can be tailored to different local environments which will feed into this deliverable. This deliverable relates to task 7.3 in WP7.

MOVE21 upscaling plan and transferability assessment - governance (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable provides a governance analysis of the potential to upscale demonstration measures in each Lighthouse city with assessments on transferability to other cities. An upscaling plan for the three Living Lab cities will be developed to determine the potential for city-wide deployments (and under what governance conditions) together with an assessment of the transferability of solutions to other cities from a governance perspective. This deliverable relates to task 4.4 in WP4.

MOVE21 technologies: upscaling and transferability assessment (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable provides an upscaling plan and transferability assessment of the technoloogical solutions. This includes guidelines on how to adopt and integrate systems and technologies using the MOVE21 framework on corridor, regional, local and micro levels. This deliverable relates to task 5.5 in WP5.

This deliverable is a compendium summarising key results, collecting all the fact sheets produced during the Project. This deliverable relates to all tasks in WP10.

This deliverable outlines the upscaling and transferability potential for solutions through the social lens. It will determine upscaling potential for solutions for social cohesion, inclusiveness, comfort, safety, and attractiveness for the middle term (2025) and the long term (beyond 2030) and under what conditions replication in other cities is likely to succeed. This deliverable relates to task 3.4 in WP3.

MOVE21 guide on improving city's capacities for promoting sustainable mobility and logistics innovations (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable is based on the reflective monitoring and its lessons learned on improving the innovation capacity in the three cities (see D6.6 and task 6.2). In several joint workshops, the results of the monitoring are discussed, validated and translated into new actions to improve ways of working. Best practices and lessons learned are validated in joint workshops with representatives of the Living Labs, which form the input for this deliverable. This deliverable relates to task 6.4 in WP6.

This deliverable details the interim results of the reflective monitoring process for the three Living Lab cities and the intermediate results on increasing innovation capacity and innovation co-creation partnerships. This deliverable will be used to adjust the project's direction and focus in the three Living Labs if necessary in relation to fostering innovation capacity. This deliverable relates to task 6.2 in WP6.

This deliverable sets out the framework methodology and protocol for exdurante monitoring of the Living Labs Activities in the Living Labs are monitored in order to assess their processes impacts and implementations This deliverable will be used to create a continuous loop of observations reflections and actions to improve the operation of the Living Labs and the deployment of the innovations The monitoring guide will describe how the different processes for policy coherence for increasing innovation capacity and for developing the innovation cocreation partnerships are monitored It relates to tasks 61 and 62 in WP6

This deliverable maps the governance framework for each Lighthouse city and performs a governance analysis and identification of governance environments in order to pinpoint critical factors such as specific strengths and weaknesses for governance innovation along seven parameters regulatory knowledge stakeholders resource mobilisation direction of search market and customers legitimacy and entrepreneurial experimentation This deliverable relates to task 42 in WP4

This deliverable is a user-friendly brochure guide with policy recommendations to help other urban nodes to plan for multimodal hubs under the MOVE21 conceptual framework (the four-thronged approach) in the frame of a SUMP. It will focus on the integration of urban mobility planning and the TEN-T dimension offering solutions and insights from the MOVE21 Living Labs and replication activities, building at the same time on the VitalNodes toolbox and recommendations. The Topic Guide will look in particular at the planning and creation of multimodal hubs for freight and passenger mobility in urban nodes of the TEN-T network as a way to foster sustainable freight and passenger transport systems across the local (urban), regional (Functional Urban Area) and European (TEN-T) dimensions of a urban node. This deliverable relates to task 7.5.

The urban social layer: solutions in MOVE21 and implication for other cities (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable includes the urban space evaluation tool including surveys results and meetings reports. This deliverable will increase knowledge on social and spatial issues that impact social cohesion, liveability, safety and comfort in cities, and propose specific measures and features to increase social acceptance of innovations. It relates to tasks 3.1 and 3.3 in WP3.

This deliverable provides a full analysis of governance aspects in relation to implementation of MOVE21 solutions and recommendations, including governnace related enablers and disablers. This deliverable relates to tasks 4.1 and 4.3 in WP4.

This deliverable contains the result of the evaluation of interventions at TEN-T level, project impact at a wider scale. It will assess the Project’s impacts on the TEN-T network by scaling up the expected impacts from the Living Lab cities, the replicator and cascade cities against performance indicators identified for that purpose. Results from this analysis will provide input to the Scan-Med Observatory (WP10). This deliverable relates to task 8.4 in WP8.

Practitioners' guide for setting up self-sustaining innovation co-creation partnerships (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable is based on the reflective monitoring and its lessons learned on the establishment and development of the innovation co-creation partnerships in the three cities. Best practices and lessons learned are validated in joint workshops with representatives of the Living Labs, and form the input for this deliverable that is intended as guidance for other cities wishing to create self-sustaining innovation co-creation partnerships. This deliverable relates to task 6.4 in WP6.

Ex-post implementation of the Impact Analysis Framework (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable will evaluate measures ex-post in order to ensure that the selected measures offer the expected results. Monitoring of the implementation could result in modifications in the further work and focus in the Living Labs. The expected sustainability and policy impacts will be calculated for each and the framework of the KPIs will be revised if needed based on indications in the operational phase of the Living Labs. This deliverable relates to task 8.3 in WP8.

Spatial context analysis for Oslo, Gothenburg and Hamburg (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable outlines the social frameworks and assessments including sociospatial considerations for the Living Lab test sites Social acceptance of the measures deployed and whether they are wellsuited to deliver impacts on social cohesion will also be assesses through spatial contextualization The location assessment of the Living Labs will be carried out combining analytics at different levels spatial characteristics of locations spatial requirements of operators and users and social characteristics of place and surroundings This deliverable relates to tasks 32 and 33 in WP3
