Replication action plans for Oslo, Gothenburg, Hamburg, Munich, Bologna and Rome

This deliverable details the city specific plans for replication of selected measures. It will build on knowledge and experience gained through tasks in WP3, WP4, WP5 and WP6 and make sure that this is shared widely with other cities but in particular with replicator and cascade cities. This deliverable relates to task 7.2 in WP7.

Integrated City Assessment: Gothenburg

This deliverable provides contextual factors for proposed mobility solutions for the city of Gothenburg The Integrated City Assessment is based on deliverables D31 D41 and D51 and provides insights in the contextual factors that need to be taken into account or altered for the development and deployment of the proposed MOVE21 solutions This deliverable relates to tasks 61 and 62 in WP6 and is based on the deliverables D31 D41 and D51

Scan-Med Observatory Framework Plan

This deliverable sets out to define the preliminary organisation and the activities of the ScanMed Observatory and guidelines on how the organisational model can be replicated on other TENT corridors It is followed by D104 This deliverable relates to task 104 in WP10

Reflective monitoring: interim report

This deliverable details the interim results of the reflective monitoring process for the three Living Lab cities and the intermediate results on increasing innovation capacity and innovation co-creation partnerships. This deliverable will be used to adjust the project's direction and focus in the three Living Labs if necessary in relation to fostering innovation capacity. This deliverable relates to task 6.2 in WP6.

MOVE21 reflective monitoring guide

This deliverable sets out the framework methodology and protocol for exdurante monitoring of the Living Labs Activities in the Living Labs are monitored in order to assess their processes impacts and implementations This deliverable will be used to create a continuous loop of observations reflections and actions to improve the operation of the Living Labs and the deployment of the innovations The monitoring guide will describe how the different processes for policy coherence for increasing innovation capacity and for developing the innovation cocreation partnerships are monitored It relates to tasks 61 and 62 in WP6

Living Labs establishment report

This deliverable details the establishment of the innovation cocreation partnerships in the three cities It describes a dedicated organisation and financing model as well as the mission and vision for each This deliverable relates to task 61 in WP6

Initial governance innovation and capacity context analysis for the Living Labs

This deliverable maps the governance framework for each Lighthouse city and performs a governance analysis and identification of governance environments in order to pinpoint critical factors such as specific strengths and weaknesses for governance innovation along seven parameters regulatory knowledge stakeholders resource mobilisation direction of search market and customers legitimacy and entrepreneurial experimentation This deliverable relates to task 42 in WP4

Scan-Med Observatory Action Plan

This deliverable is the organisational follow-up of D10.4. It defines the vision, strategy and set of actions required to establish the Observatory as a permanent community and body. This deliverable relates to task 10.4 in WP10.

This deliverable includes the urban space evaluation tool including surveys results and meetings reports. This deliverable will increase knowledge on social and spatial issues that impact social cohesion, liveability, safety and comfort in cities, and propose specific measures and features to increase social acceptance of innovations. It relates to tasks 3.1 and 3.3 in WP3.

Governance innovation: solutions in MOVE21 and implication for other cities

This deliverable provides a full analysis of governance aspects in relation to implementation of MOVE21 solutions and recommendations, including governnace related enablers and disablers. This deliverable relates to tasks 4.1 and 4.3 in WP4.

Spatial context analysis for Oslo, Gothenburg and Hamburg

This deliverable outlines the social frameworks and assessments including sociospatial considerations for the Living Lab test sites Social acceptance of the measures deployed and whether they are wellsuited to deliver impacts on social cohesion will also be assesses through spatial contextualization The location assessment of the Living Labs will be carried out combining analytics at different levels spatial characteristics of locations spatial requirements of operators and users and social characteristics of place and surroundings This deliverable relates to tasks 32 and 33 in WP3

Capacity Building and Replication Master Plan

This deliverable will provide a framework for capacity building and replication activities It will analyse the challenges learning needs and replication interests in the community of practice and in potential cascade cities in order to determine the correct replication approach and targets This deliverable relates to task 71 in WP7

Collection of Local Communication Plans

This deliverable details the planning of the overall local communication and dissemination actions for the pilot sites which also lays out the timing of action implementation and serves as a monitoring tool Plans drafted by Living Labs Task Forces in collaboration with WP10 leadership This deliverable relates to task 1011

Ex-ante implementation of the Impact Analysis Framework for the Living Labs

This deliverable details the results of implementing the framework of D8.1 before the implementation of interventions, i.e. an ex-ante implementation of the Impact Analysis Framework during the co-creation and deployment phase in the Living Labs. This deliverable relates to task 8.3 in WP8.

Draft technology solutions

This deliverable documents relevant technologies and the need for integrating them to support activities in the Living Labs This includes the providsion of infrastructure specifications to be used to connect technological solutions and ensure interoperability as well as provide other requirements This deliverable relates to tasks 51 and 52 in WP5

MOVE21 technology framework

This deliverable outlines the technology framework for the project (based on the principles of interoperability, connectivity and open standards). This includes message definitions and APIs, and supporting execution of solutions across transport modes and types of transport. This deliverable relates to tasks 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 in WP5.
