Report covering the final results of the prepared and recommended strategies for homogenization of properties from the micro-scale up to the scale of masonry considering the long-term behaviour and durability aspects. The report should cover the methodologies explicitly targeted in Task 1.4, based on the results obtained at Task 1.2 and Task 1.1.

Cradle-to-cradle sustainability of lime based construction systems (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The first part of this report will establish a baseline for an environmental profile for the current lime-based mortars and plasters, including a wide range of impact indicators. A sensitivity study for parameters such as ingredients, mix design, transport distances, etc. will be carried out. The functional unit will be varied by: either a volume, or a volume including functional specifications such as strength, thermal properties and delayed effects. In the second part, the reduction of environmental impacts due to the novel technologies proposed by SUBLime, will be analysed.

A report covering the final results of the recommended strategies for homogenization of properties in view of thermal, moisture and short term behaviour. The report should cover the methodologies explicitly targeted in Task 1.3, and show evidence of good performance in view of actual case studies.
