First dissemination of findings from SLEEP REVOLUTION project.

First dissemination of findings from SLEEP REVOLUTION project from Task 122OSA is a multisystem disorder that has important cardiometabolic comorbidities which are often not well recognised by health professionals and patients within these disciplines ESRS will play a central role in dissemination of relevant findings from SLEEP REVOLUTION to professional organizations with many sleep apnoea patients cardiology neurology respiratory diabetes obesity within Europe to patient organizations as well as to European societies Such dissemination is facilitated by established intersociety links with other European Societies such as the European Society of Hypertension the ERS and the European Academy of Neurology that have already resulted in the publication of joint position papers on the association of sleep apnoea with important comorbidities such as hypertension 64 and stroke 65 A website for the SLEEP REVOLUTION project will also be setup and linked to the the wwwesrseu website

First project presentation at the ESRS Scientific Congresses.

First project presentation at the ESRS Scientific Congresses from Task 121The ESRS holds annual conferences relating to sleep research and medicine The biannual ESRS Congress is the premier scientific congress in Europe relating to sleep research The Sleep and Breathing Congress is a biannual conference held jointly with ERS that is especially focused on education and continuing professional development These events provide the optimum opportunity to present original data arising from research performed in the various WPs of SLEEP REVOLUTION

Translation to different languages

Translation to different languages from Task 74All applicable text and functions in the DMP as seen by healthcare professionals and research staff will be in English A part of the development strategy of the DMP will make the text easily translated to other languages The translation aspect will therefore be included from the start and translating the DMP to a new language will include the manual labour of working with structured files However for the research subjectpatient relevant text and functions in the DMP will need to be translated into the respective language of different countries participating in WP810 This includes the PROMs in the European Sleep Questionnaire and electronic sleep diary NEH which require translation with the assistance of experienced translators The visualizations of data from the wearables will need some translations for each country which this task will also cover If needed text and functions in relation to the mobile application program by SKH objective daytime testing wearables Withings and ES sleep studies NOX and overall platform will also be translated This may however not be needed in all countries depending on the English proficiency of the population eg not needed in Iceland and we will assess which languages are needed as a part of this task
