MEASUREMENTS OF CONSUMER ATTITUDES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON FOOD CHOICE AND ACCEPTABILITY

The concerted action proposed concerns the networking throughout Europe to further define and refine methods for the measurement of consumer attitudes and their influence on food choice and acceptability and involving such aspects as situation effects context a behaviourial aspect of consumers. The food investigated range from e.g. ecological foods, irradiated food s and foods with strong health connotations.
