Cel

Inclusion of these institutions in the list of the centres participating in the original Concerted Action is expected to increase the potential of the Concerted on Otoacoustic Emissions in the following areas :
- neonatal hearing screening (comparison with the classic method of auditory brainstem response).
- effects of ototoxic agents
- cochlear and retrocochlear hearing losses
- cerebello-pontine angle tumours
- short-and long-term noise exposure
- methods of response scoring and classification
- biophysics and pshysiological aspects (mechanisms of response generation)
