Ziel

To carry out the transfer of knowledge on immunochemical techniques that the applicant has learnt during his Marie Curie Fellowship cat. 30, a project is proposed intending to adapt the ELISA kits developed in France from bovine to the porcine species. The direct quantification of peptides generated during curing of meat products by a direct ELISA test is the second proposed objective.
