Frontend and application shell (v.2)

Based on the application shell v.2 provides a frontend for manual interaction with the knowledge base. The code will be published open access on GitHub.

Data model (v.2)

The final data model includes input from the user practices Task 11 explains necessary changes and includes a commented OWL 2 The model is published open access

Common vocabularies

The report discusses the vocabularies used in the data sources and outlines potential established candidate vocabularies to link only highlevel concepts In close cooperation with WP1 these candidate vocabularies are discussed in relation to the user practices Finally it explains the resources chosen for deeper harmonization and includes the vocabularies as commented SKOS files The vocabularies are published open access

Final user evaluation report

The final user evaluation report presents the results of the final evaluation, the tests with non-expert users, the data and tool criticism, and of the impact analysis.

A Language Change Detection Suite

We will collect previously developed methods (partially by the partners) applied to CH data in combination with models from D4.1 This basic system is used for further research to advance the technologies, with full results included in the deliverable.

NLP models for CH data in 5 languages (final)

Updated versions of the NLP models for detecting names, locations and events for CH data in English, Dutch, German, Finnish and Slovene using a joint output format.

Policy Briefs

Final report on the most relevant results of InTaVia, summarized for decision-makers and stakeholders in policy, science, culture, and the creative industries.

LOD data evaluation results (v.2)

This report will evaluate the consolidated graph in the knowledge base for i) how well it reflects the data present in the original data sources, ii) how much new data was created and iii) how accurate the data is. The final version will include the evaluation results by domain experts from the consortium partners and will be published open access.

Policy Briefs (v.1)

The most relevant results of InTaVia are summarized for decisionmakers and stakeholders in policy science culture and the creative industries The report will be updated in the middle and at the end of the project

Conference Proceedings

During the final stage of the project (M36), the final conference will be organized followed by open access publication of the conference proceedings.

Report on narrative visualization techniques for OPDB data

This deliverable will report on narrative visualization techniques for OPDB data The internal report will subsequently be adapted and submitted for a journal publication to document the corresponding visualization state of the art and to report on related research and development challenges

Report on consolidated user practices

This document summarizes all the collected reflections on the exemplary user practices which have been assembled by project partners and test users during the project (e.g. hands-on workshops, evaluation sessions), but also from the dissemination workshops with DH scholars and practitioners (Task 8.6) and the final conference (Task 8.7).

Demonstrator for serendipitous knowledge discovery

A demonstrator for serendipitous knowledge discovery will be created and in close cooperation with WP7 evaluated by domain experts. The evaluation will be published as a white paper and made available open access.

Report on final developments & release of working prototypes

This deliverable reports the final release of the VA studio and reflects on the preceding developments from a target/performance perspective, including insights on final evaluation results (D7.3) and an outlook on future R&D challenges.

Plugins for automated interaction with knowledge base (v.2)

Another set of more advanced modules using machine learning techniques will be available by M22. The code is published as open access on GitHub.

Cross platform release of five in/tangible cultural (hi)stories

Release of five exemplary cultural (hi)stories as demonstrators in collaboration with partnering CH organizations to showcase the narrative visualization options of the InTaVia platform—and to utilize them for dissemination and exploitation.

Interactive Text Mining Environment (v.2)

More advanced methods for text mining are added to the interactive text mining environment during the project—and the environment improves—based on user feedback. The results and the corresponding evaluation results (using D4.3) will be reported here.

Storytelling suite prototype

This deliverable will release the prototypical “in/tangible (hi)story editor” of the storytelling suite.
