D1.1 Project Management Handbook

This deliverable incorporates all procedures related to the financial administrative and technical reporting progress management procedures including risk management plan BOOSTLOG impacts assessment procedures as well as the project quality manual This deliverable will include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure WBS It will include a schedule per task responsible partner related subtasks related deliverables and dependencies on other tasks Specifically it incorporates materials and detailed explanation of procedures required to implement all Work Package Tasks including project deliverable templates management and progress report templates etc The deliverable is linked to Task 11

D1.3 Impact Indicators and Risk Management Report

This deliverable will include the assessment of the Impact Indicators and Risk Management This deliverable is linked to Task 12 and Task 13

D2.5 Cloud Report (iii)

Executive actionable report in a selected Logistics Cloud including the main Outcomes and Implementation cases derived from the RI projects as well as potential implementation paths Actionable means that end users of the freight transport and logistics may easily identify to what extent the Outcomes and Implementation Cases included in the report are valuable for herhis company These deliverables are mainly related to Task 23 with input from Task 22

D4.6 - Recommendations for future R&D activities (version 2)

This deliverable will give concrete recommendations for future research maximising the impact of European research D46 is the second iteration of D43 This deliverable refers to Task 43

D3.5 Impact analyses of EU funding in logistics priority Clouds, KPIs and recommendations (ii)

Updated version of D32 in which the main findings of Task 33 will be reported including stakeholder specific recommendations to boost alignment areas and address misalignments as well as the identified KPIs with clear indications on how and to what extent the KPIs support reaching the objectives The report will include the results of the analysis of impact at Logistics Cloud level identifying the framework conditions that supported that Outcome

D2.3 Barriers assessment and positive framework conditions (i)

Based on the interviews of the first 2 Clouds interviews for second Cloud would have started in M7 a first barriers and successful frameworks conditions report will be issue as input for Tasks 31 ie valorisation strategies and guidelines The report will be structured per Cloud but also with generic conclusions ie when similar barriers or successful frameworks are found in the 2 clouds This refers to Task 22

Updated report with the results of the interviews for the 6 additional Clouds and similar structure of D23 including barriers and successful frameworks conditions This refers to Task 22

D4.3 - Recommendations for future R&D activities (version 1)

This deliverable will give concrete recommendations for future research with clear indications of the RI programme matching the expected impacts This deliverable refers to Task 43

D5.1 Plan for Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Dissemination 1st version

This plan will include the aspects described in Task 51 and will receive input from the rest of the Task in WP5

The Innovation Marketplace will be created based on ALICE Knowledge Platform that will be adapted to host relevant RI Project results Outcome Implementation Cases and Logistics Clouds results following the valorisation guidelines Current Knowledge Platform business model supports this functionality Additionally matchmaking capabilities and other required functionalities and processes will be developed to create a full Innovation Marketplace as well as the longterm sustainability strategy ie economically for it This deliverable refers to Task 32
