Document describes the procedure for validation of informal and nonformal learning as legal path for certification of skilled workers is enabling taking into account knowledge and skills that workers usually obtain at workplace and during life It supports lifelong learning process and acknowledges its achievements As pioneer work methodology for the process of recognition of previous learning was developed and piloted by UKIM in previous BUS pillars achieving a huge success and acceptance by workers and companies Here this process will be adjusted in order to be generalised for use for different training schemes with a goal to cover all training schemes listed in BUS Advisor database

The Report on case studies “Why energy skills?” [D5.7], will incorporate findings of the survey done by using BIM modelling on several scenarios for reduction of performance gap with implementing EE measures. It should confirm that proper implementation of proposed EE measures is linked with involving skilled professionals and workers. Thus measurable energy savings, due to energy skills will be the best promotion of the value of energy skills.

General report on validating functionalities and evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed ICT database platform and tools, together with eventually identified shortcomings will be created in the final project stage in form of General report on validation, evaluation and replication of SEEtheSkills Integrated Repository [D6.1].

In order to obtain relevant data on the current level of awareness on energy skills online survey involving at least 800 participants will be conducted in partner countries First of all groups of target respondents will be identified and then the questionaries will be composed The content of the questionnaire will be the same in each country translated on national language The online survey will be conducted via project web site The results from the survey will be included in the general Report from online survey on awareness on energy skills D51

Imbedded web based POE tool [D5.4] in SEEtheSkills Integrated area as a free tool for self conducting of POE by the home owners will have its benefits. Furthermore, this tool will offer basic recommendations about improvement of building performance through interventions of skilled workers or renovations.

Digital leaflet “Learn through Game in SEEtheSkills” [D4.4] is a promotional digital material for the process of gamification that opens up all kinds of data-gathering possibilities to track training initiatives and measure employee performance. Thus enabling such tools of SEEtheSkills Integrated Repository can only benefit in popularity of the product and wider uptake of all other functionalities of the repository.

The Elearning platform D36 will be enabled as online solution linked to the Integrated repository of energy skills as one of the paths for obtaining qualification and will evolve during the project

Promotional digital leaflet Digital leaflet on “Find your craftsman” app [D5.6] for promotion of feasibility for searching through the data in Professionals and company Register. This will advantage matching and finding professional with most adequate skills as required, that can be also available in terms of geographical distance and engagement availability. SEEtheSkills will implement existing functionality in the BUILD UP Skills advisor at national level.

Concept of sustainable energy skills Digital badge (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Concept of sustainable energy skills Digital badge [D5.5] will be innovative solution that will be subjected to certification as certified trade mark. The web-based solution of Digital badge will include each skill, knowledge and competence that a worker has ever gained, it will contain an information on the education of the worker in formal and non-formal form with the list of trainings, and moreover this personal skills’ passport will have levelled all learning outcomes with the predefined minimum requirements in order to mark the individual competences with different color of tags.

The process of recognition of previous learning is based on defined steps of identification, documentation, evaluation and certification and is completely compatible with the recommendations of European Training Foundation. As so, it can be easily adjusted as on-line process, as the communication to identify the necessary skills, submitting documentation for evaluation, the evaluation of submitted documents and issuing certification can be realized through web-based platform for e-learning. Creation of E-RPL tool [D4.3] will complete the e-learning platform with this step too.

High impact Promotional short video for Integrated repository and e-learning platform [D6.3] will be developed to target communication and delivering message for visibility of energy skills to stakeholder groups.

In order to promote the Intergrated Repository and its functionalities Promotional brochures and leaflets for Integrated repository of skills and e-learning platform will be designed [D6.2].

"Promotional video ""Our tenants appreciate energy skills""" (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Promotional video “Our tenants appreciate energy skills” [D5.2] for the campaign for harvesting ideas from home owners “Ask the tenants” to hear the opinion of end users of buildings, in terms of comfort for living and to identify weather they recognize the benefits of energy skills. This campaign will be conducted in all partner countries through created forum channel on project website. In order to animate the tenants to join the campaign, it will have competitive character – the best 5 ideas (1 from each country) will be selected and tenants expressing ideas will be video recorded.

Mobile app for self assessment of energy skills (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This tool for self-evaluation will be developed as mobile application facilitating the comparison of workers' skills and qualifications. It will be web based and connected to the ULO database of the repository to enable levelling of skills against predefining minimum standards and will result with creation of report with eventual recommendation for upskilling through the training offer from BUS Advisor database. The deliverable Mobile app for self-assessment of energy skills [D4.5], will be free for use by interested individuals accessible through project website, and e-learning platform.
