Food supply assessment tool including renewable energy sources

Report presenting data and models added to the tool for the added technologies such as renewable energy resources heating processes packaging materials and best futures technologies selected in WP2

Roadmap structure document

A structure for the model which will link products and typical configurations found in each sector of the food chain will be created Methods to carry out the assessment will be created and methodologies to assess the financial paybacks and time to application for each technology will be developed A structure for data collation and analysis will be provided that can be used by all partners involved in the WP The work will assess each individual technical option and nontechnical options if these are quantifiable individually

A model for calculating emissions from food

A model for calculating emissions from food A framework and a model which are developed to be used for calculating emissions from food supply chain from the postharvest to end users The format of the model will be decided during the project

Food retail roadmap

Each of the following technology roadmaps will assess stateoftheart and future technologiesoperational practises and predict the GHG emission savings achievable when applying these technologies across products and sectors of the food chainFood retail road map a technological road map for food retail will be developed

Policy brief standards and labelling

Policy brief summarising state of the art of food standards and labelling

Mid-term practice abstract

A short summary which describes the main informationrecommendationpractice that can serve the endusers in their daily practice based on the activities and results of the project to this point

Project Website will include information about the project framework description of the technology events and contacts for public communications

Data management plan

A plan which outlines how the data should be handled during and after the project
