Risultati finali

Validation plan for tdFLI (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Document with the plan to validate the first tdFLI instrument using standard tests as well as using pertinent phantoms

A report that the the first tdFLI instrument is validated for the set performance characteristics

Feedback from PoC about imaging system (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Report with the feedback from the first demonstration of the power and advantages of in vivo NIR tdFLI to create better and novel imaging strategies in PoC. Early results from this deliverable will enable us to steer the technology development in the right direction to finalize a product that can be integrated in this workflow of clinical application supporting decision-making.

Report on micro lenses for plenoptic (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We wil report out on the microlenses geometry that will developed in this workpackage and how this will provide a plenoptic vision making possible tomographic reconstructions based on the distinct projections probed by different microlens/pixel elements. At the same time we report out on the isoplanatism at the different projections and if phase retrieval reconstructions can be performed, further enhancing accuracy of depth recovery and 3D image resolution.

Initial report on time-domain modelling, methods and illumination (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We will write a report on the technological components of the tdFLI system and will actively adapt the components to each other to maximize the total performance to realize the envisioned breakthrough We will perform a topdown analysis of the global objective and extract from this the objectives and parameters for the individual components while studying and considering their interdependencies

Second report on time-domain modelling, methods and illumination (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We will write a second report on the technological components of the tdFLI system and how we have adapted the components to each other to maximize the total performance to realize the envisioned breakthrough.

Second tdFLI imaging sensors with micro lenses (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Second batch of novel sensors with and without microlenses will be available for testing and use. We will in any case prepare a report in addition.

Demonstration of an imaging system consisting of a camera with current-assisted tdFLI image sensor, pulsed and structured laser illumination and running the developed algorithms on this platform. We will in any case prepare a report in addition.

Initial novel tdFLI imaging sensors with micro lenses (si apre in una nuova finestra)

First novel sensors with and without microlenses will be available for testing and use We will in any case prepare a report in addition

First biocompatible static dyes available for testing We will in any case prepare a report in addition

First biocompatible responsive dyes available for testing. We will in any case prepare a report in addition.

Second and improved demonstration of an imaging system consisting of a camera with current-assisted tdFLI image sensor, pulsed and structured laser illumination and running the developed algorithms on this platform. We will in any case prepare a report in addition.

Initial real-time smart time-domain algorithms (si apre in una nuova finestra)

First delivery of practical and smart algorithms in C++ in a platform independent way.We will in any case prepare a report in addition.
