Plan for Dissemination and Communication (1st draft) (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Plan for Dissemination and Communication (1st draft) - (Task 7.2)

Hydrolising enzymes' mixture to lyse oleaginous yeast biomass (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

20 liter of solution of a mixture of hydrolising enzymes to lyse oleaginous yeast biomass is prepared. - Task 3.3Input to T3.4, where it will be consumed.

High-oil content yeast biomass ready for lipid recovery (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

300kg of high-oil content yeast biomass ready for lipid recovery obtained from 2-3 runs of the 1 m3 fermentation unit (see mass flow balance in Annex B of DoA Part B). - Task 3.2Input to T3.4, where it will be processed.

Enzymatic production of CHOS 2 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chitooligosaccharides (CHOS) in kg-scale produced via application of enzymes. - Task 4.2As the production of CHOS is difficult. It is expected that up to 3 kg are producible in the time period till month 30. However, the mentioned values are direct subject to the scientific progress and its results. In T4.3 and T4.4 the obtained product will be further processed.

Chemically produced chitin (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chemically produced chitin for WP4 (kg-scale batches: depending on the extraction process roughly from 5kg up to 20kg) from month 12 onwards sporadic till the project finishes. - Task 2.3Input to T4.1 and T4.2, where it will be processed.

Chemically produced chitosan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chemically produced chitosan for Task 4.3 and Task 4.4 (0.5-1kg scale). - Task 4.2In T4.3 and T4.4 the obtained chitosan will be further processed.

Crude yeast oil ready (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

At least 80 kg crude yeast oil ready to be delivered to WP5 obtained from the 1 m3 fermentation unit. - Task 3.4Input to T5.1 and 5.2, where it will be processed. The mentioned amount of yeast oil is the minimum necessary to supply the partners in WP5 with an sufficient amount to fulfil their application tests on a basic level. For more sophisticated testings a higher amount of yeast oil will be necessary, which GST expects to obtain in the project's course.

Hydrolysate of biomass material (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Biomass hydrolysate after chitin extraction produced for WP3 at a scale of 0,1 kg. - Task 2.2Input to T3.1 and T 3.2, where it will be processed.

Environmentally-friendly produced chitosan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Environmentally-friendly produced chitosan for Task 4.3 and Task 4.4 (g-scale). - Task 4.2It is expected that 10-100 g are producible in the first reporting period. However, the mentioned values are direct subject to the scientific progress and its results. In T4.3 and T4.4 the obtained product will be further processed.

Enzymatically produced chitin and biomass hydrolysate (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chitin for WP4 and biomass hydrolysate for WP3 is enzymatically produced from A. niger biomass (scale: 1kg). - Task 2.4 and Task 2.5Chitin is input to T4.1 and T4.2, where it will be processed. Biomass hydrolysate is input to T3.2, where it will be processed. It should be noted that reaching an amount of 1kg chitin needs ten times more A. niger biomass to be processed than is necessary for the same amount of biomass hydrolysate.

Enzymatically produced chitin (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chitin for WP4 is enzymatically produced from A. niger biomass (scale: 0.05kg). - Task 2.3Input to T4.1 and T4.2, where it will be processed.

Enzymatic production of CHOS (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Chitooligosaccharides (CHOS) in g-scale produced via application of enzymes. - Task 4.2Input to T4.3 and T4.4, where it will be processed.

Environmentally-friendly produced chitosan 2 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Environmentally-friendly produced chitosan for Task 4.3 and Task 4.4 (kg-scale). - Task 4.2It is expected that up to 10 kg are producible in the time period till month 30. However, the mentioned values are direct subject to the scientific progress and its results. In T4.3 and T4.4 the obtained product will be further processed.
