Tailored local visions and roadmaps to 2050 in each target region will allow an in-depth understanding of how key issues interact (e.g. climate action, climate change impacts, equity and justice considerations, social inequality, gender equality, etc.) to enable a structural, just and inclusive transition to carbon neutrality
D2.1 Institutional maps for target regions (si apre in una nuova finestra)The maps D21 will diagrammatically represent the key stakeholders decisionmaking processes and institutions formal and informal rules of interaction and engagement that shape the governance of the just transition process in the target regions and the possibilities of representatives from marginal communities to engage with and influence them The maps will include NGOs and other organizations representing marginal and underrepresented communities and groups They will also reflect stakeholder interactions across different sectors and scales
D3.1 Local Just Transition Alliances in 7 regions (si apre in una nuova finestra)Local Just Transition Alliances LJTAs will form the core group of stakeholders that will guide and manage local processes eg broader stakeholder mapping identification and engagementincluding reaching out to the seldomheard voices guiding local multistakeholder forums local visioning and roadmapping processes etc The LJTAs will be composed of a limited number of people 68 representing relevant groups eg policymakers local industry or community representatives and be legitimized by the local authority Their members could be either full or associate partners of the project so they take responsibility in order to really act like an extension of the project at the local level
All research data in line with DMP published in an open access repository as one deliverable (as cumulative updates) at the end of each reporting period (M17 and M35). It will at least have the repository info and an inventory of the data sets published in line with the DMP.
The project will have a specific outreach strategy to directly involve the target groups identified in section 225 as well as other stakeholders including other projects funded by Horizon especially of the same call and the Transition Super Labs relevant projects JT initiative of BWN etc D53 The clustering plan will be produced to guide all clustering activities which are integrated in T54 T62 T63 T64D52 Clustering plan will be developed in month 4 and further update in month 14
D0.1 Project Handbook (si apre in una nuova finestra)Project Handbook (D0.1) based on EC’s Project Management Methodology, which will define the project management procedure and governance set-up.It will include detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.Revisions will be done in the course of the project: one before the end of the first reporting period and one just before the end of the second reporting period.

D2.2 Perceptions & capabilities report (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report will be based on qualitative research methods such as (conventional) interviews, go-along interviews and mind mapping but also easy-to-implement arts-based action-research methods, such as photo voices and community reporting, will be employed to deepen understanding of realities and priorities of representatives from marginal communities with respect to the just transition and the perceived and structural barriers to their engagement and acceptance
A new virtual community called the Just Transition Helix that will act as the backbone of the exploitation strategies developed for both during and after the project The new Helix will be set up and launched in the CrowdHelix Platform httpscrowdhelixcomhelixes by Month 7 and will profile at least 150 organizations key actors and endusers by M36 including BOLSTER team partners from clustering projectinitiatives members from other relevant helixes of CHX eg Inclusion Society Energy Climate Helix etc researchers regional actors from JT risk regions of EU industry actors ie energy intensive industries policymakers civil society and participants of other relevant projects and relevant actors across Europe and internationally CHX will organize yearly Helix events with its members virtual in year 12 and physical in year 3 to exchange with acquired findings and lessons and discuss possible capitalization and synergies ideas within and beyond the project that can be new actions projects initiatives
