Human Resources Plan 1

Create a Human Resources Plan for the Central Hub and National Nodes.

Promotional Campaign Plan

Promotional activity and public relations: social and digital promotional campaign and press campaign supported, with scoping of TV and radio campaign options. Promotional materials to be drafted in English and translated into partner country languages.

Data Management Plan GUIDEPREP

GUIDEPREP will extend on the activities initiated in the COORDINATE project, including the development of methods for the secure electronic storing GUIDE working datasets, secure transfer of survey data and develop an overarching data management plan for the GUIDE survey data (WP2).

Updated Commitments Package

Indicate the national commitments situation for GUIDE (covering financial commitments, and national roadmap status if relevant) in the form of a brief report (max 4 pages – or delivered orally). Produce two brief reports: one each in Years 2 and 3. For internal use only.

Ethical application

A formal ethics submission will be made to UCD for the pilot, dress rehearsal, and first wave of the GUIDE study (updated submissions will be made before each successive wave). This will include the questionnaires, participant consent / assent forms, fieldworker protocols, and privacy notice. MMU, UCD.

Risk Management Plan 1

To create an overarching risk management document for the GUIDE survey, that focuses on specific operational risks for the Central Hub and shared operational risks across the National Nodes.

Sponsorship Package

Sponsorship drive. Creation of a sponsorship package for private and non-profit sponsors (e.g., international philanthropists, charities) and drive to recruit sponsors.

Commitments Package

Commitments drive. Identification of main funders (e.g., Governments, Research Councils). Schedule of repeated meetings with main funders and GUIDE representatives (National Node and Central Hub). Timeline for funder commitments. Creation of a commitments package for main funders. Secure expressions of commitment in time for the GUIDE full pilot in 2026.

Sampling and Recruitment Strategy

Develop GUIDE sampling and recruitment strategy. Establish the criteria for each national sample in collaboration with national partners, with a submission and approval process for national sampling frames. Calculation of projected costs for sample recruitment in approximately ten countries.

Policy briefs

GUIDE policy briefs. Production of themed policy briefs using COORDINATE GUIDE pilot data and presentation of results at a thematic workshop.

GUIDE Cognitive Assessments

Cognitive instruments. Pilot test of cognitive tests for infants, parents, and 8-year-olds, in different modes of data collection.

Financial Management Plan 1

Create a financial management plan for the operation of the Central Hub.
