Report on achieved workshops

The report will describe the skills acquired by young researchers, scientists, and technical assistants from CBS and other biotech centers and institutes during the workshop 1, workshop 2 and workshop 3.

Data management plan

The data management plan (DMP) will describe the data expected to be generated during the course of the project, how data will be managed, described, analyzed, and stored, and the mechanisms that will be used at the end of the project to share and preserve data.

Communication and Dissemination Plan

The deliverable presents a description of the methodology that the NGS-4-ECOPROD partners shall apply for dissemination and communication activities. It is an action plan that details the respective communication and dissemination objectives and measures for achieving them.

Technical training report

A report on training activities will be focused on the achievement of important knowledge, skills, and abilities that required for the performance of 7 CBS staff on practical handling of metagenomic, bacterial genomic, and fungal genomic using Illumina and Nanopore technologies.
