Analyse der europäischen Luftfahrtforschung und Rolle von Innovation
Forschung und Innovation (F&I) in der europäischen Luftfahrt fördern wissenschaftlich fundierte Entscheidungen im Besteben um Klimaneutralität bis zum Jahr 2050. Das EU-finanzierte Projekt Impact Monitor entwickelt einen kohärenten, umfassenden Rahmen und ein Instrumentarium, das als Referenzsystem für die Technologie- und Politikbewertung des ökologischen, wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Impacts von F&I in der europäischen Luftfahrt dienen soll. Hierfür entwickelt das Projekt auf innovative Weise plausible, erfolgreiche Ansätze weiter, die von der Europäischen Kommission bereits in ihren Leitlinien und Toolbox zur Verbesserung der Rechtsetzung sowie den Projekten TEAM_Play, Clean Sky TE und AGILE/AGILE 4.0. angewandt wurden. Die Eignung von Rahmenwerk und Toolbox wird das Projekt in drei Anwendungsfällen demonstrieren, die beispielhaft für Innovation sowie Ausbildung in Wissenschaft und Forschung im Rahmen der Impact Monitor Academy sind.
Ziel
Impact Monitor is a proposal to deliver a coherent and holistic framework and toolbox that aim to become the reference choice for technology and policy assessment of the environmental-, economic- and societal-impact of European aviation R&I. Bolstered by its profound knowledge and multidisciplinary expertise, a consortium consisting of 10 research establishments and academic institutes develop this framework and toolbox by advancing credible and successfully-applied approaches beyond state of the art. In particular, Impact Monitor rests on and advances the approaches used in EC Better Regulation guidelines and toolbox and in the EC projects TEAM_Play, Clean Sky TE, and AGILE/AGILE 4.0. Further, capabilities of the framework and toolbox are demonstrated through three use cases addressing exemplary innovations in European aviation R&I, and are made accessible to educate students and broader community via “Impact Monitor Academy”.
