This deliverable encompasses the formulation of a comprehensive dissemination, communication and exploiotation strategy for foodigIT. It will outline planned activities to effectively disseminate project results and engage with stakeholders across various sectors to maximise the exploitation of project results. The periodic report will document the implementation of the strategy, detailing outreach efforts, engagement metrics, and feedback received during the initial phase of dissemination. This process ensures that communication efforts align with project objectives and maximise exploitation and thus impact.The first version of the Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation report will be submitted by M06.An updated Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation report will provide an updated assessment of outreach activities, stakeholder engagement levels, and the effectiveness of communication channels in reaching target audiences and results exploitation. The Recruitment Report will provide a comprehensive overview of the entire recruitment process for the ERA Chair team. It will detail the preparation and implementation phases, including the definition of required qualifications, the transparent recruitment plan developed in alignment with the European Charter for Researchers, and the advertising strategies utilised. The report will also cover the application review and candidate selection process by the international committee. It will include information on the negotiation and onboarding process for the selected candidates, the employment terms and the support provided for their relocation and integration into their new roles in Thessaloniki, Greece.
