SatisFactory Common Information Data Exchange Model

This report will deal with the detailed specifications of the Common Information Data Exchange Model. It will be a living document with two revisions foreseen in M16 and M28.

SatisFactory System Architecture

This report will describe in details architecture views of the Satisfactory system. Two additional versions will be available at M8 (also as a Milestone) and M16.

User group definitions, end-user needs, requirement analysis and deployment guidelines

This report will deal with user group definitions enduser needs requirement analysis and deployment guidelines Following the iterative methodology foreseen in the project this report will be updated if needed by Month 14 and M26

Evaluation Plan

A first version with the evaluation plan (pilots setup, technical and end-user involvment, etc) will be delivered early in the project lifetime (M14). This plan will be a working document which will be finalized by M32.

Report on Dissemination Activities, Public Participation and Awareness

The report will be yearly available (M12 by SIGMA, M24 & M36 by QPLAN), reporting all the activities performed by the consortium.

Final System Evaluation Report

Detailed report describing the evaluation results of the Satisfactory system.

Use Case analysis and application scenarios description

This report will report the detailed Use Cases and application scenarios of the project. Report findings will be updated on M15 and M27.

Plans for the dissemination and communication of project results

By Month 6 (SIGMA) the dissemination and communication plans will be described in details. Updates on the plan as well as identified follow-up activities by the consortium will be included in the final revision of the report (M36) by QPLAN.

Industrial Pilots Set-up and Demonstration

The first version (M26) will include details about the planning of the industrial pilots (number of workers involved, use cases to be demonstrated, etc). The final version will include the results from the iterative deployment of the Satisfactory tools and technologies in the shopfloors of COMAU and SUNLIGHT.

Industrial lab use case Set-up and Demonstration

The first version will include details for the preparation of the industrial lab Use Case. The final version will include the achievements and recommendations stemming from the execution of the pre-pilot at CERTH premises.

Data Management Plan

Detailed report for the data management policy of the project (updated at M12-SIGMA, 24-QPLAN and M36-QPLAN of the project).

Situated and attractive information exchange techniques for workers

This report will report the techniques developed along with the corresponding software stack.

End-users VR-enabled training material and scenarios

The report will entail the training material as well as the accompany VR-enabled application.

Social Experience and Gamification techniques for increasing attractiveness

First version will be available by Month 20.

HR Workload Management toolkit

A first version of the report and the preliminary toolkit will be available on Month 20.

Knowledge model for human resource optimization

A first version will be available by M12. The full detailed model and the corresponding software will be described in the final version (M18).

Collaborative platform for work process support

The first version (M20) will report the collaborative platform components, whereas the final version will include also the technical benchmarking of the platform.

Data aggregation toolkit and control middleware that integrates social collaboration and sensing environments

A first version of the report and the software will be available by Month 20 (for testing on lab and pre-pilot at CERTH).
